From inquiry
to the last course.
You do not need to know what you want when you reach out. That is our job. The inquiry is the beginning of a conversation — we figure out the rest together.

Brian responds within 24 hours to discuss your evening. The call takes 20 minutes. We learn what matters to you and what your guests expect.
A week before the event, we send a culinary note — the direction of the menu, the key dishes, any questions. This is the most personal part of the process.
We arrive 60–90 minutes before your table time. Set up. Cook. Serve. Leave the kitchen clean. The only thing left is the memory of the evening.

We cook for groups of 4 to 20. The occasion determines the pace, the menu, and the feeling — not a preset package.
Two to six guests. Anniversaries, proposals, milestone birthdays. The most personal occasions deserve the most personal table. We arrive early. We think about every detail.
Eight to twenty guests. Corporate retreats, family reunions, friend weekends. The communal table. A dinner where the conversation outlasts the food.

All pricing is per person. A 30% deposit secures your date. The balance is due 14 days before the event. No hidden fees. No service charge on top of the menu price.
