Return Policy
- Eligibility: Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the return has been inspected and approved. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
Exchange Policy
- Eligibility for Exchanges: Products can be exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in new condition, with tags attached and a valid receipt.

- Out-of-Stock Items: If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will provide you with the option to select another item of equal value or receive a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within seven days of receiving the order. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.
- Return Shipping Costs for Defective Items: Bornfidis will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Return Label: If your return or exchange is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
- Pack & Ship: Securely pack the items in their original packaging (if possible), attach the return label, and ship the package back to us.

International Returns and Exchanges
- International Orders: Unfortunately, at this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
Return Shipping Costs
- Standard Returns: The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs for standard returns.
- Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item due to sizing or preference, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Bornfidis will cover the shipping cost of the new item sent to you.
